The expertise requested by our Judicial manufacturer proves she really to his advantage Not so sure!Conduct of the Judicial Expertise:Forensics requested by the agency was held this morning at 9am.The agency was represented by the Technical Director and the last sector chief who officiated at our building.From our side we had requested the presence of our lawyer. My husband went to welcome him to be agreed meeting not far from us and they arrived together, 2 minutes after the arrival of the agency.

Unaware of his identity, the Technical Director (I call DT) was advanced to our lawyer to shake his hand and there went his very nice “Hello Mr. Expert”. What my husband has corrected “this is not our lawyer.” The DT has “blemished” by adding “ah, the lawyer!”. At this point, the expert arrived.Everyone came and settled around the table in the dining room.The expert has read the interim jugment to remind his mission then was sent to the agency: “You have asked for a forensic examination, what do you expect from me”The agency responded in the words of its request for interim measures “to verify the existence and validity of reservations”The expert traveled fast parts in its possession (provided by counsel for each party).The expert proposed to start by following the expertise of the points on the expert report of Mr. Nevet (our expert came to see us home immediately after the reception). The agency claimed not to have been aware of this piece even though we were accused of “deception” upon reading our conclusions responsible for discovering this report and the fact it has been established in the afternoon even the reception.

Nonconformity of the concrete pedestal outside (medium heat pump), the specification of heating, => OK10. corner window sill broken bathroom => OK11. General electric panel location not under contract: not because it works12. Roof: cutting the unsightly knots (broken pieces) => OK13. day very variable in interior doors (5 to 15 mm) => OK14. crack at the top of the wall at the entrance => OK15. Lack of exterior plaster facade by Location => OK + + +16.
